1-on-1 Private Soccer Training
Train with a UEFA A Licensed Coach to Maximize Your Playing Potential
Start Your Journey towards Playing at the Professional Level in Europe
Individual training is a very important aspect of a player’s development. Johan Cruyff once said:
"I trained 3-4 hours at Ajax but played 3-4 hours every day on the street. Where do you think I learned how to play?"
The world’s best players, from George Best, Maradona, and Pele to Ronaldo and Messi, all dedicated significant hours to individual training. Research confirms that technical ability is the key to high performance on the soccer field.
Our 1-on-1 private training sessions aim to maximize players' potential by focusing on individual performance through a technically intensive program tailored to the specific demands of a player’s position.
Our Proven Training Process
With over 20 years of coaching experience, UEFA A licensed coach Ian McClurg has developed a comprehensive 3-stage process for individual player development.
By following this structured process, we create short-, medium-, and long-term plans. This ensures that each player is on a clear path to train and attend formal trials at professional soccer clubs in Europe, maximizing their potential and opportunities.
Player Testimonials
We have successfully guided players to secure professional contracts in top leagues like the EPL and La Liga. Over 100 players have earned US scholarships, and more than 20 male and female athletes have represented Canada on the international stage.
Here's what some of our Alumni have to say:

What is the difference between technical and tactical soccer training?Technical soccer training focuses on individual skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control, aiming to improve a player's ability to handle the ball effectively. Tactical soccer training emphasizes the strategic aspects of the game, such as positioning, game awareness, team strategies, and communication, helping players understand and execute game plans and make better decisions on the field. Together with physical conditioning and mental toughness, both types of training develop well-rounded players who can excel in all aspects of the game.
-
What should players bring to the training sessions?Players should bring their soccer gear, including cleats, shin guards, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. Specific instructions may be provided prior to each session.
